Welcome to Crochet Corner. By using our app you agree to these terms. Please read them before shopping.

Made-to-order nature

Every bag is hand-crocheted to order by a single artisan. The lead time is shown on each product (typically 5–7 days) and confirmed again at checkout. Because each piece is made specifically for you, made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under UAE consumer protection law.

Defects, damage and wrong items

If your bag arrives with a defect, is damaged in shipping, or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept Ziina (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and cash on delivery. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable.

Shipping

We ship within the UAE only. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Fujairah and the East Coast (Khor Fakkan, Dibba) where offered.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for any reason before we mark it as “Materials gathered”. Once we begin sourcing yarn for your piece, it can no longer be cancelled.

Intellectual property

Designs, photos, and brand assets belong to Crochet Corner — please don’t copy them. Photos that customers share with their consent remain theirs.
